He was born on August 12, 1947<ref name="hiramatsu"/> as the eldest son of [[唐澤吉信|Karasawa Yoshinobu]]. After attending Kaijo High School, he graduated from Faculty of Commerce, Keio Univ. In April 1977<ref name="hiramatsu"/>, he joined 監査法人第一監査事務所(now 新日本有限責任監査法人<ref>the first audit firm in Japan, and the first of the four major audit firms in Japan today (known as the BIG 4). </ref>).

Registered as a Certified Public Accountant in August 1981<ref name="hiramatsu"/>. In February 1992,<ref name="hiramatsu"/> he became a representative partner of Century Audit Corporation (now 新日本有限責任監査法人).

On August 25, 1995, he found his second son, Karasawa Atsushi, hanging himself and had to put his cold son down with his own hands. Became religious thereafter<ref>『炎上弁護士』p.54、58</ref>.
