Career

Iwama was born on April 18, 1968, as a son of a fisherman in Wakamatsu island, Shin-Kamigoto Town, Nagasaki prefecture. His relative recalled that he was a child who often got into mischief. At the invitation of his aunt, Iwama and his family moved to Iwakura when he was a juvenile. His parents bought the current house in 1986.

Iwama's first arrest was owing to fraudulent obstruction of the police duty. On January 20, 2006, he called the emergency telephone number 1,072 times a day. According to the newspaper[1], most of them were silent calls but when the officer asked "Iwama, you again?", he shouted, "Don't call my name, you moron!" "Arrest me if you can!". Since December 2004, he had been done this for a year, therefore he was warned by the police. Finally, he was sentenced to 16 months in prison.

In 2009, Iwama was arrested for assaulting employees after the trouble relating to the vehicle discarding procedure at the car dealer in Iwakura. This experience triggered to declare the establishment of 'The Association of Abolishing Loan in Japan (日本からローンをなくす協会 / Nihon kara rōn wo nakusu kyoukai)' on June 15, 2016. From that day on, this name has been used as his handle name on 2ch.

On June 14, 2013, Iwama was arrested for spitting on employee's face in the parking lot of the local construction company his house nearby. After this trouble, he began to wear a surgical mask so as not to be photographed. Later he was fined 100,000 yen and detained in a workhouse because of default in payment.

On October 19, Iwama was arrested for assaulting high school student. He kicked and bit the student but was caught by people heard a call for help. At that moment he shouted one of the most famous his phrase "Help! I'm under attack by gang stalkers! (助けてー!集団ストーカーに襲われていまーす!/Tasukete! Shuudan sutōkā ni osowareteimasu!)"[2]. He was sentenced to 10 months imprisonment without a stay of execution (12 months imprisonment was demanded). He uploaded the video taken at that time to Dailymotion[3] and the part of the judgment to YouTube[4]. He insisted that it is a false accusation of a random attack and the gang stalker ambushed him. However, the court denied this completely and has concluded that he chased after inventing a pretext for the victim who happened to pass by.

On June 22, 2015, Iwama recognized a swimming class of Iwakura-Higashi elementary school as noise and went to the school to record and protest. His abrupt shout "Hey, madman! (おい、キチゲェ!/Oi, kichigee!)"[5] also became famous. He was arrested by the police for violating the anti-nuisance ordinance and then he scratched the officer's arm. On the following day, arrest and house search was carried out on suspicion of interference with the execution of official duty.[6] He was released with no prosecution on July 13, although he had been detained for 20 days.

On September 30 and November 28, Iwama resumed activities on Dailymotion and YouTube. He seemed to had been seized digital camera and computer at the house search.

On February 20, 2017, the police visited Iwama's house and his mother signed the pledge to make him admit to a mental hospital if he didn't quit the Internet by April. Moreover, the service of ADSL he had contracted was closed at the end of March.

On September 19, Iwama's mother died suddenly from a stroke. On the day before, she fainted in front of her house but he didn't help her, just watched through a monitoring camera[7]. There was nobody stop him, he contracted the Internet service again and got back to post videos since October 18. One of these was listed trending video of YouTube for a couple of days.

However, he stopped posting videos at the end of the video on January 27, 2018.

On July 8, a visitor found and reported that the door of Iwama's house had been left open. Within that day, somebody invaded the house and posted pictures of inside. A half-eaten bread and a plastic bottle full of urine were found in his room and melenas remained in an instant noodles cup in the bathroom, yet he was not at home. The next day, Iwama's brother found the posted pictures and blocked the door up with a wood board. Since that day, his whereabouts had been unknown for a while.

On October 8, one of the famous visitors took the video of Iwama's homecoming. According to the bills Iwama had, he caused an assault case on April 18, was arrested and had been detained for 22 days[8][9]. Afterward, he had been admitted to a mental hospital in Inuyama for five months.
