このテンプレートは外国語版へのリンクを貼ります。
（互換性のために）引数が無ければ、(記事名)/enという記事に繋がるようになっています。
英語版へのリンクがなければ、noeng=1を追加して下さい。
引数は以下の通りです。

| en | 英語版のタイトル。引数1も同様（互換性のため）。何も指定しない場合、(記事名)/enにリンクする |

| zh | 中国語版のタイトル |
| zh-Hant | 繁体字中国語版のタイトル |
| ko | 韓国語版のタイトル |
| ru | ロシア語版のタイトル |

Description
This template is useful to add a link to the other language versions.
If there’s no argument, it adds a link to the article that is named "(ARTICLE NAME)/en".
If you don’t want a link to English version, set noeng=1.
Arguments are listed below.
