今般、オンライン地図サービス改ざんによる軽犯罪法違反（弁護士事務所に対する悪戯による業務妨害）の容疑で、３名が書類送検されたとの報道がなされた。 | |||
被害者の唐澤貴洋氏は、当会に所属する弁護士である。上記事件について有罪が確定しているものではないが、同弁護士に対しては、他にも、ネット上での | |||
誹謗中傷、危害を加える旨の告知、その他種々の嫌がらせ（業務妨害行為）が続いており、過去に逮捕者も出ている。 | |||
弁護士に対するこの種の業務妨害行為は、弁護士制度に対する重大な挑戦であり、当会は断固抗議する。 | |||
そして、今後も業務妨害行為に屈することなく、弁護士の使命である基本的人権の擁護と社会正義の実現のため全力を尽くす所存である。 | |||
